Code Change Training Schedule Posted The 2006 Code Change Training (CCT) Update Classes have been scheduled and are now posted on the Training and Certification Online System. You must register online for these classes or you will not be permitted into the class. Register online via the Jack A. Proctor Building Code Academy online system at: https://dmz1.dhcd.virginia.gov/tcoonlineregistration/Login.aspx. All classes are scheduled from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm with lunch on your own. There are no registration fees for attendance of these classes and no lodging provided. Each individual must sign-in and sign-out on site each day to receive full credit for the class. Participants should bring the appropriate International Codes and a copy of applicable state amendments which can be downloaded from the DHCD website at: http://www.dhcd.virginia.gov/StateBuildingCodesandRegulations/default.htm.
